We offer standard and expedited shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain threshold, as specified during checkout.
Can I return or exchange coffee products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or if the product arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
