At Ellianos Coffee, we strive for perfection in every cup and package; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for any concerns regarding your order.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for the return.
- 2.Verification and Approval
Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide a return authorization or request photos for quality control purposes.
- 3.Ship the Product
For non-perishable merchandise, securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to our main roasting facility.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement immediately.
